Yoga Soothes Menopause Symptoms

A recent study in India concluded that regularly practicing yoga drastically decreases night sweats, hot flashes, and sleep problems in women going through menopause. Additionally, researchers found that women in the yoga group demonstrated greater improvements in memory, intelligence, concentration and attention than women in the traditional exercise group.
